Even though I always have my phone with me, being able to fix a flat tyre in training is crucial so you don’t get stuck somewhere. Also - if you’re out riding with a group, you’re not getting popular, if you never bring the essentials for fixing a basic mechanical like a flat tyre.
This cup was a present from a friend of mine, who I unfortunately don’t get to see that often. I love the design of the cup because it’s old-fashioned with a modern touch. I love a good quality coffee and I drink it in the cup every morning (and afternoons too).
In the world of cycling, the rainbow colors are the most prestigious colors you can wear. Wearing the rainbow colors on my Prevail helmet is not only a big honor to me, it also reminds me of the development I’ve made since my first time on a bike.
I started wearing ROKA in 2014 and love how they have been so innovative with all of their products, these goggles included. The fit is awesome and completely adjustable to ensure there are zero leaks, the lenses eliminate the glare of the sun during open water swims, and they don't fog up.
I love the Prevail because it is so light I don't even notice when I have it on. I use the magnet buckle to fasten the strap, which helps speed up my transitions. I like my helmet so much you might even find me riding a trainer with it on! Check it out >
I love cycling kits that offer a wide range of specific clothing items for any temperature. My two favorite Specialized items are the thermal bib tights and the summer jersey. I travel everywhere with a full kit (bibs, jersey, long sleeve jersey, vest, wind jacket, knee warmers, arm warmers, etc.). Check it out >
